At Insan Bamboo Salt, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Since all our orders are shipped through Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FBA), our refund and return process follows Amazon’s standard policy.
1. Returns
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your Amazon account (if applicable), or
- Contact our customer support team at kim@insan.com for instructions.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
- Gift cards, promotional items, and final-sale products are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at kim@insan.com.
We will work with Amazon’s fulfillment team to replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
