Referral & Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Referral & Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older and have a valid PayPal account to receive payments.

• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

• Affiliates must accurately represent our brand and products in a positive, ethical manner.

2. Referral Links & Coupon Codes

• Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link and coupon code to promote.

• Your followers or customers can use your code to receive a 10% discount on their purchase.

• Affiliates must not modify, shorten, or misrepresent their referral links.

3. Commission Structure

• You will earn a 15% commission on all valid product sales made through your unique referral link or coupon code.

• Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal only — tax, shipping fees, and Amazon FBA service costs are excluded.

• If a customer cancels or requests a refund, the associated commission will be reversed or deducted from your future payout.

• Commissions are not earned on self-purchases or fraudulent orders.

4. Payout Terms

• The minimum payout threshold is $5 USD.

• Payouts are made monthly via PayPal within 10–15 business days after the end of each month.

• Unpaid balances under $5 will roll over to the following month.

• You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal details are correct and active.

• We are not responsible for payment delays or losses due to incorrect PayPal information.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in spam, click fraud, or fake traffic generation.

• Making false or misleading claims about our products.

• Bidding on our brand name, trademark, or related keywords in ads.

• Creating unauthorized websites or social media accounts pretending to represent our brand.

• Purchasing products through their own referral links (self-referrals).

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Tracking & Attribution

• Sales are tracked through cookies and coupon code attribution.

• The cookie duration is 30 days unless otherwise specified.

• If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the most recent valid referral or coupon used will receive credit.

• Tracking is automated; manual corrections are not guaranteed.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms,

• Fraudulent or unethical activity, or

• Extended inactivity.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.

8. Program Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or emailed to affiliates. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding potential sales, earnings, or conversions.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in this Program.
This Program operates independently of Amazon and adheres to Amazon FBA fulfillment policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA and Seoul, Republic of Korea
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
